If you were in Baltimore 13 murders would be a Miracle. we have close to 300 each year 13 would be nice

13 would be catastrophic here. We average less than 5 per year.

We were lucky to have 5 a year here. Then, Fort Drum was built up and all the lovely people who came here brought all of their lovely relatives. Now, we average 30-40 and climbing rapidly. Fort Drum is not worth it. NY needs to stop paying welfare so well. That is the main attraction.

here's a piece of math trivia. in any room of at least 36 people the mathematical probability of 2 people having the same birthday is almost 100 per cent.

Statistical analysis does have it's flaws.
IE has the same problem at UPS.
Never can a specific point be applied to the average, but they keep trying.
