Louisville Worldport Admin: How to Transfer from 1DA to 2DA?

Any help appreciated. I’m wondering who to contact in order to transfer from 1DA to 2DA (or at least start the process). I’ve worked as an admin at Worldport in Louisville for almost exactly a year and a half. I don’t have much of a relationship with my full time sup, and no one ever seems to have straight answers, so I thought I’d reach out elsewhere. I’ve asked a few people and places and called a few numbers but have been given the run around a few times. Maybe I’m just not trying hard enough. Anyways..

Where do I start? Who can I call or what website portals can I go to? Is it something I need to do specifically with my supervisors? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

You need to send a 2DA to the 1DA then when they send it back 2DA you’ll understand why you can’t transfer to 1DA
