Years ago I had my center manager come over and I loaned him one of my motorcycles. He crashed it--had it totally rebuilt better than it was before and never asked again.

Since when is physical violence considered harrassment...rather than workplace violence or battery? He didn't grab your ass...he pushed you. (Not that I condone sexual harrasment)

You're not wrong. I just look at violence a little different. I didn't get hurt blood wasn't drawn. Again, youre not wrong.

What happened?

To my bike? Bent the fork tubes, scratched some paint, broke a mirror.

To the center manager? He turned out to be a real loser and was eventually fired from UPS after being passed around to other centers and hubs.
