That's not what was reported a couple of weeks ago. At any rate they have detention centers up and down the border at 1500-1700% of capacity. Think covid isn't spreading there?

Trump made a lot of bad decisions on staffing. I think his method probably works in the private sector give everyone a chance, beat the snot out of them to see what their ceiling may be and then weed out the weak performers. may work in private industry in politics it just about killed him.
