I was reading a thread under union matters and an employee was talking about medical going month to month in their area. In the Central we have to have worked or had an option or holiday pay last week to have medical coverage this week. Are there any areas that don't have week to week medical coverage qualifying language. If so let me know where and the details such as is it teamcare or private coverage.
Also do you remember when UPS would send us a recap of all the benefits they paid out for us through out the year. They even had the damn turkey on there. It seemed like what they paid in medical premiums was a lot more than the post Obama-care premiums they pay now. If so that was a huge giveback to the company with nothing gained.
I swear our negotiators are playing checkers while UPS is playing chess
