Spouse currently holds medical benefits will be terminated once add to mine. Does that information need to be written on the team care enrollment for question "does your spouse have insurance through his/her employer "?

I thought if your spouse or dependents' employers offer medical benefits...Teamcare would not cover them...or did I read that wrong?

That was only for management.

If their employer offers it, you could turn it down. You can chose which insurance you'd like to go with, but they won't let you double up
