i like my tacos. i will typically reject any woman less than a 7. no im not really satisfied i usually want more. what ive accomplished isnt enough

A retired US Navy submarine captain with nearly 6 years worth of time spent underwater pretty much echoed what we've been saying on yesterday's CBS Sunday Morning episode.

Quick summary:

Failure because of the use of 3 dissimilar materials: Carbon fiber, titanium and plexiglass for the porthole. When you have different materials with different molecular structures/different coefficients of expansion and compression, and you add repeated cycles in depth, you're going to work a seal loose.
