I've lived and worked in plenty of rural counties with a sizeable black population. I've seen plenty of blacks driving, in banks, cashing checks at Wal-Mart. It's amazing in this day and age the assumptions that are made.

This is easily googled. You don't have to have photo I.D. but you do have to have some form of identification. Check stubs, bills in your name, etc will do. Which of course makes the system rife for fraud.
