It’s just bull considering Lawler dropped him on his head and landed like 15 consecutive blows to his chin without it being stopped. I wanted askren to win but I wouldn’t of called it a bad stoppage if Herb stepped in to save him.

I totally get what the ref was seeing. If lawler wasn’t out he never should have dropped his arm the way he did.

I’m sure we will get a rematch.
