My favorite thing about working in the freezing rain.

Wrong

:))
When I get back to the package car I throw my beanie on the defroster and then let it warm up on the way to my next stop. Then I put my beanie back on and it’s like towels fresh from the dryer.

Defrosters are dot, I’ve had them tow a truck back over it. Can’t drive around with fogged up windows, side benefit is having working heat in the winter.
Customers think I'm kidding when I say the defrost is the only thing UPS cares about, otherwise I would not have a heater

Section 15. Heaters and Defrosters

"The Employer shall install and maintain heaters and defrosters on all trucks and all safety equipment required by law. Complaints regarding heaters or defrosters not being in proper working order shall be addressed pursuant to the red-tagging procedures under Article 18, Section 2."

Simple fix.... write it up.
