(2) I CANT SEE ANYTHING BUT CONSESSIONS GIVING UP BY THE UNION TO THE COMPANY.

b. PAY RAISES THAT TAKE ME AN EXTRA 6 MONTHS TO RECIEVE.
c. PROGRESSION THAT TAKES AN EXTRA 6 MONTHS.
