You will soon see, as you are beginning to already, At Ups, the harder you work, the more they expect out of you. It will never be enough, you will kill your self trying and get nothing but harrasment and negativity in return. It will take you some time, but you to will become one of the average, simply because you are too physically tired and beat down to do it anymore. Your attitude will be turned upside down all because of your caring.
I have been in your shoes my friend, I am sorry for jumping on you with my earlier post, but take it from me, and some of the other old timers around here. You care about the job way more than it cares about you, do not give anything for free.
As some have said before a UPS career is a marathon, not a sprint. Be careful not to burn yourself out to quickly or you will not have the kick to make the finish!!
