Hey everybody, Just wanted to introduce myself. Im not a UPS employee but grew up with the UPS family. Grandfather retired from the company after almost 40 years of service and safe driving. Now trying to get my husband in the company which yes, is easier said than done. So how much has UPS changed since 1996?

UPS has gotten much harder since then. Alot of technology to torture us with.
