New Policy Phasing PT'ers Out?

PTer aren't going anywhere, it's the best bargain FDX has. Considering most PTers will jump at a chance of extra hours, basically FDX has a bunch of willing and able bodies on any day(Including PEAK) but FDX doesn't have to pay FT guarentee, most PTers are low seniority employees so they cost less.

Imagine if all those PTers opted out of the extra hours at PEAK... FDX would be screwed, FDX knows the game, and plays it well.
