new start time 11:45 PM

I applied for a 4am to 9am shift i was told it would be earlier but not 4 hours and 15 minutes early do i have options. I have a fulltime day job i am just a seasonal employee hoping for permanent part time. WTF

Just hang in there. Only 14 more days.
They tend to rehire those that show up on time, hustle and not complain or gripe the whole time! Good luck!

That's the night shift, they want you to do a double. You have no obligation to do it. Come at 4

I doubt that, in my building our preload was scheduled for 12am on Cyber Monday and our prior sort had only left the building maybe 15 minutes prior to that after starting at either 12 or 1pm, I forget, it all blended together

This Monday is supposed to be similar, we have 2 sorts, I believe both averaged 9+ hours a day all week with Monday and Tuesday being 10 to 12 hours each.
