The first uniform belt I got lasted me 9 years. Then I went into feeders and it shrunk on me.

I have used bullhidebelts.com in the last few years, for myself and for gifts as well. A little pricey, but well worth the quality. Some are 1/4" thick. They also have a clearance page for some good deals.
I have nice belts but I'm not trashing them at work. I'll just keep ordering another belt when they stretch out.
