Interesting how the industry is moving similarly among companies. FedEx has an advantage being non-union, getting rid of jobs, moving towards contractors.

I wonder what the FedEx turnover rate is?

Ever wonder why the IBT is not pushing harder to organize FedEx now, instead of all its eggs in the Amazon basket?
The contractor model at ground, and the railway act protection at the soon to be defunct express side.
The International doesn’t have a strategy to do much about this.

And without legislation to help with organizing, Amazon is a pipe dream imo.

Sean wants to hit a home run, but he should be focusing on singles and stolen bases first.

Smaller and midsize companies have some opportunity.

I never understood why we didn’t focus more efforts on Costco.
