No ERI survey this year?

Did they finally give up on the employee relation index survey? We have not done one and it is usually done by now

We have couple threads about this going on....its been rescheduled to mid march every year now, less stuff for peak going on during that time, so no ERI this year next march

I was looking forward to seeing the fake numbers before peak !!!

in my center they scored so badly all the managers have to goto a week long district "retraining" or whatever you wish to call it. to address the poorly effected areas. and a good informant of mine on the other side said the center manager is refusing to go. he's old school bull headed UPS that gets zero results and sucks up big stock, time for him to go.
