Article 53 of our supplemental allows the just a 4 hr guarantee for Saturday and Sunday. But honestly I’ve only seen people work under 8 if they were out of hours or just didn’t want to work 8.

I can’t believe the amount of PVD we had working today… more of them than us… can’t believe guys are letting PVD get their Christmas bonus $… I get the 6 punch isn’t popular but it kills me to see them clowns out there getting nothing done making us look Amazon ish…. Thought PVD weren’t happening anymore but like my on road said: what choice do we have? Got blown out with Saturday ground that was specific for today not Monday… what other choice did he have? I hated agreeing with him but he was right

We basically stopped PVD cold turkey over here. Just a few seasonal drivers and helpers is all.
Maybe I am jumping ahead of myself here and they have all the PVDs ready for next week lol.

They loaded a known closed bulk stop for Monday on mine today. Literally filled half the car and had to work around it all day. Some house stops got mixed in and only found at end of day and had to return to areas. The stupidity is amazing.

They put 2 industrial parks on my route on Saturday (both were closed). Came back with half a load and had to climb over that all day……

We just leave all known closed at the belt and afternoon shift deals with it.
