We see multi generations living on welfare. It truly is a way of life, free housing, medical, food, etc.

When I got out of the Army in 71 I went on unemployment for 3 months while I partied. We had to pick up our checks AT the employment office and also had to tell them where we had applied for work. They were also good at finding you a 2 or 3 day job which done nothing but screw up your unemployment check. It was limited to 26 weeks of checks.
It's all welfare no matter what you want to call it.
