An ODS message with the address and last 4 of the trk# and state not found on truck or package missing. In our center we print the ODS message to cover the driver. We have a not found log. Either way it covers the driver because he informed the office. You can even ask the OMS to print screen the message for you in case they ask about it the next morning. And they will.
