NO STRIKE! so many people crying wolf with this combination driver thing. We in the west coast already have this position. It’s called Temporary Cover Driver. They have been working full-time hours taking full-time work and us Full-time drivers still have plenty of work.

No. I'm on the west and our wait to go FT (RPCD) jumped from 4 years to 10-11 years when PT cover drivers were added. Also look at the % of covers they can use. I bet you it's lower then 25%. Which means that more lower paid drivers will be allowed to work. Which in turn means less or no work for RPCDs because work is "not available."

I believe you know nothing about how cover drivers are restricted and just see that you have them and are still getting hours.
