The bad ice storm about 10 years ago on Christmas Eve I had a big tree limb knock a hole in my roof.

Probably not. Issue 2 which bans the monopolies was filed before Issue 3 which legalizes so the date might give it priority. They may go by which issue gets more votes but I don't think that would be legal. If both pass which I think unlikely it will be decided in courts.

The big thing is it is a badly written law and many who want to legalize don't like it.
