I go ahead and deliver a lot of stuff in weather like this but it mostly gets bagged and dropped by their garage or the bottom of steps. I'm not walking up your icy steps or through a foot of snow you left on your sidewalk.


Some guys won't even attempt unless they have a clear clean walk path and I can't say I blame them.

Thought Ii was getting the call today.

Just don't use your handrail when it's icy out or be prepared to let go...

No shovel/plow, no front door delivery. I don't mess around. Bag it and tie it to the mailbox. My safety is more important than getting that package to a customer's front door.

The OMS works for your center manager, not you.

My center manager oversees 3 centers. The PT Sups get all of their direction from the ORS.

I could count on one hand how many times I saw my center manager in my first year as a supervisor.
