We had a seasonal pick up a 200 pound package in December. When I asked him if it seemed a little odd to him he said "Yeah, but I figured it was no big deal."

FedEx has really been eating our lunch here for high volume shippers. Can give them a later pickup for air and ground, and apparently can do it cheaper. Kind of scary.

Yeah but since UPS encourages shippers to ship fewer but heavier packages the real revenue number is probably different.

It's been really really light for about the last month. Like lighter than normal. Preload has been starting at 5AM. Normal start is 430.
