have never made beef ribs. I have some in the freezer, but never used them. They are definately bigger and meatier than pork, and maybe a little tougher. I'd probably do them the same temp as pork, just cook them a little longer.
I'm currently googling , trying to find the BBQ Pit boys video on it. You got me hooked on there videos. Have watched 100's of em now
