have never made beef ribs. I have some in the freezer, but never used them. They are definately bigger and meatier than pork, and maybe a little tougher. I'd probably do them the same temp as pork, just cook them a little longer.Firing up the smoker tomorrow tex... Got any advice for beef ribs????

That was first thing I did was go to amazingribs.com, nothing wrong with takin advice from an old time texas grill master, plus some BBQ pit boy advice, and combine it together...........
