It's because the call tag system has a lot of bugs. At least once a month they aren't uploaded into DMS and put in your EDD. Nobody can figure out why, but if they come up as not attempted it's like a DNED.

That sounds like our computer thing we have to punch in/out on. On Feb 29, we had to manually write down our punch out time because it didn't recognize that it was Leap Year. Lol.
