That's for off the job injures. If you get hurt that bad on the job and can't return. They usually offer a buyout.
Sadly I seen that happen too many times

From my experience when it came to donating to a cause most UPSers have always been a bunch of tight asses. It was almost embarrassing the little we could collect to put in a card when someone suffered a loss. As a group we were really tight---except when it came to the almighty dollar.

We have a few of those cheapskates(they are known)....dont know there personal finance situation but a dollar or two to help wouldnt kill them.....really not many though considering!

Our local paper was at one of the grocery stores the last few days trying to sign up new subscribers. Its kind of a lost cause now that you can read the majority of it on line----for free. Newspapers and Unions have seen their better days.
