You might find this hard to believe, but when I fill in on a route when the bid driver is off, the stop count goes up by 20-40 stops (gasp!), but the time allowance does not change.

When he was adding up how many hours I was over every day, he started getting angrier and angrier with every number he read out loud, started pounding his fist on the desk and raising his voice.

I felt threatened and that he was creating a hostile work environment with his violent outburst.

No joke, guy started to lose it big time.

Hope you had a steward in there to witness this bs. File an article 37 grievance immediately.

Orion is not in my building...i do know a little about it fr reading and listening....that throws a whole different cog into there formula which I dont know anything about(sorry)... to simplify though work hard at a safe pace ....dont hurt yourself... dont crash the truck... you will be fine !!!

Exactly. He started tweaking when I repeated what another Supervisor said "Well, according to Supervisor X, that no accidents and no injuries is what "pays the bills." Seeing as how I just got my annual safe driving award, I can tell you with absolute and complete assurance that the job I am doing is, as Supervisor X put it "paying the bills" because I haven't had any accidents or injuries."
