An old barrel and a few sections of stove pipe to run out a window should do it. Cheap


I had one of these in my old workshop and it would roast you out on a 20 below zero day. It was really hard to regulate. My new shop has in-floor heat and I keep it heated all winter long. Costs me about $250 to $300 bucks but its so nice to always have a warm shop.
