Just finished putting toothpaste on car headlights. Cleans them OK, nothing special. Better than they were, still a bit off color.

Did it change the color back to normal? This took the haze off, but is still a bit off color.

Never heard anything about that. It takes the discoloration off the lights?

Go buy the stuff made to clean them.

Way cheaper than replacing a light after you melt the lens.

Meguiar's makes a good kit you can buy with a special buffing pad you can attach to a cordless drill to remove the oxidation and "yellow" haze.

It works well.
