The overallowed on the seasonals always blows my mind. We had one guy last year that you could only dispatch with 4 hours of work, because it would take him 8. We were turning over drivers so fast we couldn't do anything about it. It was a body in the seat.

I had a really pleasant concern the other day. Driver misdelivered an iPhone on the release day. Called me a "Fing A** hole" and she was going to call the cops on me.
