I take a toll road out to my route. For the past week my transponder has been saying "low funds". Get to the toll booth on way back to bldg and it says "no funds". Russian toll lady comes over and tells me I have to pay with cash or credit card. Me-No. Im not paying. Can you give me a ticket so they can pay it? Her-No. I can't do that. Me-Well, I'm not paying. I'll call someone to come pay it. Her-This is illegal! You have to pay! You're holding up the line! Nope. Not paying. She finally waved me through. Just go! Go! LMAO!!!

Exactly!! In the past there was petty cash at our station. We could pay the toll and get our money back immediately. I didn't mind that. Petty cash went away. Now we have to submit the receipts and it is reimbursed on our check. Nope. Not doing it.
