Could be that you were still in probabtion when"peak" started, and after Oct 1st, or 15th, those days don't count towards probation. But if you've been working consistently, don't get your panties all twisted. I'm sure you'll stay on. Ask your sup about it, every place is so different .

So that HR Lying thread...should I be worried? Cause they told me I was permanent and the paper they gave me said that I'm a PT Union employee.


Well, you aren't union until you have 30 (?) out of 90 (?) consecutive days in.

But, do a good job, have a good attitude and chances are you will be ok.

I already have 30 in. Probation ends in February though. I do know that out of the 4 others I was hired with, I'm the last one standing. The other guy kept calling in sayin he's seeing a doctor but never did, now they're asking him for proof.
