It's amazing how much you burn off doing this crap. In and out, walking fast all day, carrying things. Not to mention I eat very lightly while doing this because I'd get sick otherwise. Perfect recipe for keeping weight off, even if it's weight that you actually want. I still got a lot of ripped muscle for my size, just don't have the bulk I used to.
During the summer I could lose 5 to 10 pounds just at work then come home and sit down and eat and not do nothing.But it comes back.
