I’m full of it
During the summer I could lose 5 to 10 pounds just at work then come home and sit down and eat and not do nothing.But it comes back.It's amazing how much you burn off doing this crap. In and out, walking fast all day, carrying things. Not to mention I eat very lightly while doing this because I'd get sick otherwise. Perfect recipe for keeping weight off, even if it's weight that you actually want. I still got a lot of ripped muscle for my size, just don't have the bulk I used to.
