The one we have is a very nice guy. He is more of a rule by discussion type of dude. Usually getting the employee, supervisor, and him in the office with a little discussion helps clear everything up. But even then he doesn't make sure some things are enforced. Can't tell you how many times he's asked me to help him unload his car.
