Had a big court case in the news the other day. Illegal Mexican immigrant. No license, no insurance. Had a wheel come off of his trailer. Killing the guy bringing his elderly wife (from the hospital) for their anniversary. $1800 fine. Wtf!!

He shouldn't be here and he killed someone.
