I hated those pickups. Never ready and wanted you to wait or come back later, but if they wanted to leave early they would want you to pick them up early.

I can't complain too much. They are usually ready early,when I have a 8 hour day.

I usually had the one problem pickup. I would usually make them wait until their normal pickup time. Other places that realized things go both ways I would give extra effort to take care of.

At least 90% of the customers are good people but every route has 1 or 2 s.
