Go Granny! Love this! You figure, in their hey days they didn't have TV. They went out dancing for entertainment. I have so many photos of my parents at clubs with their friends. Always nicely dressed.

Hey, I've. If you have another rack over your grate, try putting another stone or a heavy pan on it to reflect some heat back down. It'll crisp up your cheese and other toppings a little more.
