Haven't had good turtle soup in a while.

We used to have a delivery stop for a gun shop way out in the middle of nowhere. All the UPS drivers were under strict orders by his wife that anytime we saw a good size snapping turtle crossing the road we were to bring it to her for soup. I brought her a few in my time.
