A buddy and I were just talking about this yesterday. Both low 30's now. We said now when we lift hard and heavy it's its just like constant soreness. As soon as you recover its time to hit it again. Lol

Well you only lose that muscle if you do nothing to keep it from happening. If you try to keep actively growing you can hold off the muscle loss for another decade or so.Yeah you notice the longer recovery time more than loss of muscle mass.
