Nope....they dress like a sales person (little black dress, pearls)and if they don't know the product, they can work in the mail room or stocking shelves........or try for $15 at McDonalds. I will NEVER go into a Kohls again. The customer service from my point of view is non existent. I will not budge on this one. Mediocrity is not acceptable.
