Decks look nice but high maintenance.

I never in twenty some years did anything but seal it every few years. I just fell for the hype last year.

The fun never ends.

But, considering how much time we spend on it in the summer, it's worth the trouble.

1 year is BS I agree. You need to do some touch up every few years but 1 year is way out of line.
