Pretty much how it is here too. If the center has more than one missed at the end of the day you better run for the hills. Our center manager goes ballistic.

We have 2 centers with well over a dozen apiece.

I stay away from dispatch. That stuff is like Chinese to me. But I knew I was going to be an innocent victim. I found a runner gunner to grab 45 stops off of him though. So there's that.

Now that I'm in a new center, I almost never have to talk to dispatch. We don't have a dedicated line to the shop, so I NEVER answer it when it rings.

Missed and Late are the two bigs things that never fade in our center. Plenty of stuff comes and goes, but those always are the big ones.

We have 2 centers with well over a dozen apiece.

Our FT would probably get fired if there were a dozen missed. Not even kidding.
