I don't use a store fuel point card that expires. I just use my VISA that gives me double points on fuel and food, plus another 10% when I move it to a goal setter savings account. Those points don't expire but I don't see the immediate discount at the pump.

Krogers is mostly in blue collar working class neighborhoods. You get other stores in fancier neighborhoods and oddball non big chain stores in the ghetto.
