When I was little we lived next to a dairy farmer and got raw milk. All he did was strain off the cream.
Know a farmer that skims the cream and wants to sell the milk. He can't label it as skim milk unless he adds artificial vitamins
So he has to label it as "imitation" milk
Let that sink in
The milk that you skimm off the cream (which removes most of the nutrients) and has artificial vitamins added is "real" skim milk
The stuff the guy refuses to add anything artificial to has to be labeled as "imitation "
