Yesterday had my first ground committment package , unfortunately i wasnt paying attention and out to the side in the diad it said 11;45 , overlooked it and delivered it 12:52 with a signature. Well it came up late like a NDA, X for other reason. WEIRD sh. Lady paid $8.00 and i was late by an hour, nothing said she was home. Now you tell me how in the world are you gonna break off from these large loads we have and deliver a ground at a certain time. Dam those greedy natzis upstairs for coming up with another service that requires more driving out of the delivery path.

Yep , next day no report to show it or to tell me it was late. You know what it was , a 62 lb. box with a rolled up queen size mattress.Housewife was as pleasant as ever and nice looking.

Yes ive heard you make 34 dollars an hour a lot lately. Why not fix the routes and stop having 4 different plans to confuse us. They are afraid to fix the DOL cause extra routes would be put in place. Id rather have more of the same stops locked in then always wondering how im gonna run it today.

Do you have Orion?

Yes we went thru the waste of time and money on it. It is not even talked about anymore due to the fact it didnt work. I believe it only works on smaller centers . Orion is not mentioned at all and no one uses it.25 million down the drain and corporate wont admit the blunder but tonight i found out they paid the ones implementing the software 60 bucks a hour. They save money on our backs but pay too much for things and people not needed.
