Why does chopped liver get such a bad rap? Never had it, but some people like liver.

Liver cooked right is quite delicious. A friend of mine's mother used to make this Cuban pepper steak...using liver along with beef. It was tasty...but for me, it's the texture of cooked liver I don't like. It reminds me of liverwurst sandwiches that my mom made me eat as a kid.

Many people use would of, could of, and should of. All incorrect. They SOUND correct but should be, would've, could've, should've....contractions for would have, could have and should have.
