We have a nice surplus of drivers right now. If I can't approve a day off right now, chances are I would be able the day of. We have a few high seniority drivers that like to drop in a day every time a low seniority guy wants the day off. If that happens I tell them to "call in" and I will just code them as lay-off. They asked me in advance and got screwed, not going to nail them for it.
