When you say preloading is a harder job and drivers are easier to replace is absolutely ridiculous.

Both jobs are very physical and demand a lot from you. But driving is a much longer and a harder day 1000x more responsibility.

Well, drivers are easier to replace. There are people literally waiting in line to be a driver, they could call the next guy up, no problem. NOBODY is waiting and hoping to be a preloader.

Well, drivers are easier to replace. There are people literally waiting in line to be a driver, they could call the next guy up, no problem. NOBODY is waiting and hoping to be a preloader.

Very few drivers ever make it. Mist people can't cut it. They either give up after they are layed off when it's slow. Or they can't handle the hours and the pressure.

Huge difference between driving and preloading.

That's why I am going to finish my career on preload.
